HSS - ST. ANTONY`S HSS PUTHENPEEDIKA

St Antony`s School Puthenpeedika which operates under corporate Educational Agency , Thrissur Arch Diocese was upgraded to Higher Secondary school in 2010.The new building named Monsgr. Ignatious Chalisserry Block was inaugurated on 16/08/2016 by Sri. P C Chacko, M P ,Thrissur and was blessed by Mar Andrews Thazhath, Arch Bishop of Thrissur. The event was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr. Thomas Kakkassery , Corportae Manager, and Rev. Fr. Paul Thekkanath, School Manager . Smt. Reena Anto was appointed as the Principal in charge. Subsequently Sri . Mathew C R was appointed as the first Principal. Over his 10 - year tenure, he led the school to be one of the best schools in the Corporate Educational Agency. It was during this period that NSS ( National Service Scheme) was started in the school to foster social responsibility in students. During the academic year 2021-2022 under the leadership of Principal Smt. Lincy A Joseph , the school achieved excellent results in Higher Secondary Examinations. St. Antony`s HSS Puthenpeedika secured the Overall First position among all Higher Secondary Schools under the Thrissur Corporate Educational Agency during the academic years 2023?2024 and 2024?2025, marking a glorious milestone of excellence, dedication, and academic brilliance. Since the year 2025 Principal Smt. Smitha P Jose has been leading the institution towards excellent success through numerous well planned activities. St Antony`s family is now functioning with 240 students among the Science and Humanities Batches along with 12 teachers and two non -teaching staff. The Souhrida Club and Career Guidance Club are functioning actively in the school. Rev. Fr. Paul Thekkanath, Rev. Fr. Davis Chirayath, Rev. Fr. Davis Kannampuzha, Rev Fr. Raphael Thanisserry, Rev. Fr. Joseph Muringathery and Rev. Fr. Joseph Muthupeedika , the honorable managers of the school over the years continue to provide guidance. Under their leadership and strong involvement, and also with the co -operation of the PTA and the support of all well wishers , St Antony`s HSS Puthenpeedika continues as an outstanding centre of excellence.
