UP - ST.JOSEPH`S UPS

St. Joseph`s School, Kundannur - founded by our ancestors alongside the church - is completing 125 years. The first manager was Mekkattukulam Lona Kuriyathu. The school was established in 1902 with the aim of promoting the all-round progress of society. Initially a lower primary school, it was upgraded to upper primary in 1945 under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Paul Kallookaran. KG and English-medium classes were started in 2006 to lay a foundation for learning English. Today, more than 1,200 students study at the school, which is managed by the Thrissur Corporate Educational Agency.
